Quality is the life of a brand, and Naibu has established a full-process strict quality control system covering every link from raw material incoming inspection to finished product delivery, which ensures that every piece of pre-assembled indoor sports flooring that leaves the factory has stable and excellent performance.
When the raw logs are transported to Naibu’s factory, the quality inspection team will first carry out strict screening: the logs that do not meet the requirements of diameter, age and moisture content will be directly eliminated, and only the high-quality logs that meet the standards can enter the subsequent processing link. In the wood drying stage, Naibu uses a constant temperature and humidity intelligent drying system, which controls the drying process for more than 30 days according to different wood species, to ensure that the moisture content of each plank is controlled within the range of 8% to 12% that is most suitable for the usage environment in China, completely avoiding the deformation problem caused by excessive moisture content change. In the production and processing stage, every processing procedure has a special quality inspector for spot check: after the precision sanding, the flatness of the plank will be tested; after the mortise and tenon processing, the tightness of the interlocking structure will be checked one by one; after the UV coating, the hardness and wear resistance of the paint surface will be tested. Before the finished products are packaged and delivered, Naibu will randomly sample 3% of the products from each batch, and send the samples to the professional third-party testing institution for full performance testing, to ensure that all indicators meet the requirements of FIBA, BWF and national standards. This extremely strict quality control system makes the qualified rate of Naibu’s pre-assembled flooring products reach 100%, and the product failure rate in actual use is far lower than the industry average level.
